F.A.Q.s

Can I come to your office?

Sure! We love meeting our “players” as well as potential brand partners! Please send us an email if you’d like to come meet our team.

What shows are available?

Only actual “Broadway” shows are sold via Broadway Roulette. Available shows change as the shows on Broadway change. You will not receive tickets to any “Off-Broadway” or “Off-Off-Broadway” shows.

Can I choose the show I want to see?

Nope! That’s the “roulette” part of Broadway Roulette! It’s also how we’re able to offer all tickets at the same, great price every single day. However, you can tell us whether you prefer musical or non-musical (play) and you can eliminate up to 4 shows that you’ve already seen or don’t want to see. Broadway Roulette will not issue you tickets to any eliminated show.

If I sign up multiple times, is there a chance I will get tickets to a show I have already seen?

Nope! If you use Broadway Roulette more than once (which we hope you will!) you will never receive tickets to the same show twice. Some of our customers have seen more than 20 shows!

When do I find out what show I am seeing?

On the day of the show, you will receive an email/ text notification with the show name, theater address, and start time. Notifications are sent out by 2 pm Tuesday – Saturday for evening shows (which start between 7 pm and 8 pm) and by 9:30 am for Sunday matinees (which start between 1 pm and 3 pm).

Note: If you do not receive your notification by 2 pm Tuesday through Saturday or by 9:30 am Sunday, please email us for immediate assistance.

What time does my show start?

ALL Tuesday through Saturday shows are evening shows and start between 7 pm and 8 pm. ALL Sunday shows are matinees and start between 1 pm and 3 pm. You will receive your text/email notification several hours before the show starts so you will have no trouble getting there on time. All shows are within a few minutes’ walking distance from Times Square.

Where will my seats be?

Broadway Roulette works with each show directly to ensure our customers get a great value. As a tip, if you want to maximize your chances for the best possible seats, consider a weeknight show.

Am I guaranteed to get tickets?

Broadway Roulette works in cooperation with the Broadway community to make as many tickets available as possible. Because there are a limited number of seats, however, booking in advance to secure your spot is a good idea. Tues- Sunday dates that cannot be selected on the calendar are sold out.

Can I bring my child to the show?

We do offer a “family-friendly” roulette option that excludes all shows except those that are generally considered appropriate for most kids. You can play the family-friendly roulette by clicking the button beneath the show list on the Get Tickets page. This special roulette is an additional $15/ticket because of the high number of show exclusions.

Please note: By playing the family-friendly roulette, you agree that any show that is not crossed off is suitable for your child. Please review YOUR final list carefully as we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after the order is placed.

Why is the price on my ticket not what I paid?

Broadway Roulette negotiates special prices directly with the shows. We always work to get the best seats for our customers. The prices printed on the tickets reflect those deals—deals that are almost always not available to the general public. (Please note: Very often a “headline” price listed at the box office is only available for a very select number of tickets at a very select number of performances.)

What is your cancellation policy?

All sales are final so please confirm your date and party size prior to ordering. This allows us to manage our inventory and offer low-priced seats every single day.

What kind of events do you host?

We host a variety of local events all in the Theater District of New York City. Our events are designed to bring fans together with the best and brightest of Broadway. To join our mailing list, please Please click here to email us.
